Dormen Tampubolon has over 24 years of experience as a Health, Safety and Environment Professional, offshore/onshore within oil and gas, in a wide variety of operational projects. He started to work as a Safety Supervisor on Shipyard, ship repair/new ship building/conversion/offshore facilities, then joined McDermott International over 10 years as a HSES Advisor, assigned to various Heavy Lifting Derrick Barges, pipe Lay Barges, Jet Barge and hook-up barges, Beach pull operations, on various oil and a gas construction projects, within South East Asia and Middle East: Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, East Timor, Myanmar and Thailand, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and on various onshore/offshore projects in the offshore construction. Then he moved to Conocophillips Indonesia assigned for the FSO Intan, Gas Concord (Crude Oil and LNG floating storage) and vessel offshore operation, on the platforms as a HSE Advisor. He was 6 years as HSSEQ Manager at Nakilat Svitzer Wijsmuller WLL, which is a marine towage company for Oil and Gas Company performing service at Ras Laffan Port and Halul Island, in Qatar. He is highly skilled, has obtained a long series of certificates showing his qualifications, always thriving for excellence for the success and safety of the operations.
